I love everything about this office, they are fast and super nice. I have seen Dr Patel and Dr Krantz and they are GREAT. Dr. Patel removed a lingering baby tooth and I had no pain or problems. (Thank you nitrous!) I had a cleaning and it was no where nearly as painful as other places I've gone to, they are really thorough but make it as painless as possible. 1st off I am the biggest coward when it comes to Dentist. Over the weekend I cracked a tooth & fortunately for me I was recommended to Dr Krantz by Jenn Mathews. I can't begin to tell you how thankful I am that I actually went with this recommendation. I had a wonderful experience at Mandarin Dental care yesterday! I was warmly greeted at the front desk by Dixie and was escorted to the treatment room by Angelica. Angelica made sure I was completely comfortable and then placed some numbing gel in preparation for the doctor. Dr B came in and was warm and welcoming. He gave me absolutely painless injections and performed his procedures flawlessly!! Angelica made some incredibly lifelike temporary crowns and I have no discomfort or sensitivity at all after 2 crowns prepared and 2 filling replacements!!What an awesome experience!! Our family had a chance to visit there because a friend of mine works there. The clinic is in a nice location and the staffs are friendly. Aindara Wynn was our hygienist, and she provided the best dental services for all three of us including our lovely 3 yrs old daughter, and she also loves to be in the clinic. The practice is now named Mandarin Dental Care, the former owner being Dr. Krantz, whom I trusted for many years. Some of the billing and reminder messages still carry his name instead of that of the new practice. Thankfully, the efficiency of the office staff and skill of the dental professionals is unchanged.
